How much does it cost to add members to my organization?



When you add a new member to your team and exceed the default included members, a prorated charge of €10 will be added to your subscription.

Included members per plan:

Team Plan – Includes 3 members for free
Scale Plan – Includes 5 members for free

Any additional members beyond these limits will be charged accordingly.

When am I charged for added members?



You will be charged immediately when adding a new member. The cost is prorated based on the time left until your subscription renewal date.

⚠️ Example: If your renewal date is in 15 days, you will only be charged for those 15 days instead of the full month.


How to remove members to avoid additional charges?



To prevent extra charges, you can remove members before the next billing cycle.

Steps to remove a member:

Go to Organization > Teams & Members.
Click on the " Members" tab.
Find the member you want to remove.
Click the edit icon (✏️) and select " Remove from organization".


⚠️ Important: Once removed, you won’t be charged for that user in the next billing cycle. However, unused time will not be refunded for individual members.
