How can I request a refund?

In the case of having an active subscription, refunds work as follows:


  • If you have any problem with a product, the amount paid in that month will be returned. For that you must contact us previously and inform us of the problem.

  • The money will be returned based on the use that has been given to the product.


To request a refund you must contact us at support@bytehide.com indicating the reason, providing us with the information we request and waiting for us to determine if you meet the requirements.
