How do I change my subscription plan?
When you have a subscription and want to grow your business, you can upgrade your plan at any time.
To upgrade to Enterprise, contact our team or fill out the form on the Pricing page, and we will provide you with a tailored quote.
If you want to switch from Team to Scale, you can do it from:
Organization > Billing page: Click on "Upgrade to Scale", and we will upgrade all your current products to the Scale plan.
Pricing page: You can switch to the Scale plan from there.
When you click on Switch plan, you will see a summary screen where you can enhance your subscription by adding more products while upgrading your subscription.
📖 Remember that Team includes 3 free users, and Scale includes 5 free users.
E.g. If you are on Team with 4 users (paying for 1 extra), upgrading to Scale would remove that extra charge since you would now have 5 free users.
