How do I download my invoices?

Steps to download your invoices:



Go to the "Billing" page in your ByteHide account.
Click on the "Manage subscription" button.
You will be redirected to a page where you can view and download your invoices.
Scroll to the bottom of the page to find your billing history.
Click on the invoice you want to download (📥).


Your invoice will be downloaded as a PDF for easy storage and sharing.

Can I update my payment details before downloading?



Yes! In the Manage Subscription section, you can also:

Edit your payment methods.
Update billing details such as your company name and tax ID.

⚠️ Changes to billing details apply only to future invoices. Past invoices cannot be modified.

What if I can't find my invoice?



If your invoice is missing or you experience issues:

Ensure that your payment has been processed.
Verify your subscription status in the Billing section.
Contact ByteHide Support for assistance.
