How do I download my invoices?


Steps to download your invoices:


  1. Go to the "Billing" page in your ByteHide account.
  2. Click on the "Manage subscription" button.
  3. You will be redirected to a page where you can view and download your invoices.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find your billing history.
  5. Click on the invoice you want to download (📥).


Your invoice will be downloaded as a PDF for easy storage and sharing.


Can I update my payment details before downloading?


Yes! In the Manage Subscription section, you can also:


  • Edit your payment methods.
  • Update billing details such as your company name and tax ID.


⚠️ Changes to billing details apply only to future invoices. Past invoices cannot be modified.


What if I can't find my invoice?


If your invoice is missing or you experience issues:


  • Ensure that your payment has been processed.
  • Verify your subscription status in the Billing section.
  • Contact ByteHide Support for assistance.
