How do I download my invoices?
Steps to download your invoices:
- Go to the "Billing" page in your ByteHide account.
- Click on the "Manage subscription" button.
- You will be redirected to a page where you can view and download your invoices.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to find your billing history.
- Click on the invoice you want to download (📥).
Can I update my payment details before downloading?
Yes! In the Manage Subscription section, you can also:
- Edit your payment methods.
- Update billing details such as your company name and tax ID.
What if I can't find my invoice?
If your invoice is missing or you experience issues:
- Ensure that your payment has been processed.
- Verify your subscription status in the Billing section.
- Contact ByteHide Support for assistance.
