What can I do if I have received a fake or fraudulent email?

If you suspect that you have received a false or fraudulent email, we advise you:

Do not click on any link or attachment.

Do not provide personal, financial information or passwords.

Verify the email address of the message received, which must always be under the domain of bytehide.com

Any link to the website to verify the SSL certificate (the padlock appears in the browser) and that the domain matches bytehide.com or any of its subdomains.
