In the case of having an active subscription, refunds work as follows:

If you have any problem with a product, the amount paid in that month will be returned. For that you must contact us previously and inform us of the problem.

The money will be returned based on the use that has been given to the product.
To request a refund you must contact us at support@bytehide.com indicating the reason, providing us with the information we request and waiting for us to determine if you meet the requirements.
