      What can I do if I have received a fake or fraudulent email?

      If you suspect that you have received a false or fraudulent email, we advise you:

      • Do not click on any link or attachment.

      • Do not provide personal, financial information or passwords.

      • Verify the email address of the message received, which must always be under the domain of bytehide.com

      • Any link to the website to verify the SSL certificate (the padlock appears in the browser) and that the domain matches bytehide.com or any of its subdomains.
