How to change my password?

  1. On the left panel, navigate to User.


  1. Click on Security within your profile.


  1. Enter your current password in the first field.


  1. Enter your new password in the second and third fields.


  1. After changing your password, log back into your account using the new password.


Remember, your new password should contain at least 8 characters, including a letter and a number.




Additionally, we advise against using proper names, dates, or places in your password.


If you encounter any errors during the process, please contact technical support to assist you with changing your password.
